Netherlands Institute of Neurosciences, KNAW, Amsterdam.
The last 20 years research in this period aimed to ameliorate or restore neurotrauma
and neurodegeneration using neurografting
and gene transfer (Project group Neuroregeneration). See

Since 1985 active in the medical ethics concerning interventions in the
human brain, also still as expert for the EC, Brussels.
